18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 - 75 years old; 2. Pathologically confirmed Siewert II adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction; 3. No distant metastasis; 4. ASA score of I, II, or III; 5. Willingly sign the informed consent form and participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cancer in the past 5 years or having concurrent cancer in other organs. 2. Having surgical contraindications. 3. Requiring emergency surgery.
