Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with medial prefrontal lobe, basal ganglia and insula brain injury confirmed by MRI; 2. The course of the subject: after the acute course was stable (onset time >=2 weeks); 3. Level of consciousness: through cognitive screening, no severe cognitive impairment (MoCA>=10), can understand the task requirements independently and complete the experiment. 4. No other nervous system diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.). 5. No mental illness (such as major depression, schizophrenia, and other factors that may affect decision-making). 6. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants who were unable to understand the task requirements; 2.Participants with mental disorders or those who have been taking mental medications for a long time; 3.Subjects with basal ganglia lesions and those with thalamic lesions; 4.Participants in other research trials that are influencing the results of this study;
