Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients met the diagnostic criteria and ERCP indications for choledocholithiasis; 2.The first ERCP+ENBD was successfully performed by the same group of doctors in our hospital; 3.Patients were >= 60 years old; 4.The patient was conscious, with normal cognitive function and Frail index (FI) >= 3 points;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, blood and endocrine system dysfunction; 2.Patients with a history of common bile duct surgery, bilioenteric anastomosis, and biliary malignancy;
