65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >= 65 years; (2) Unilateral intertrochanteric fracture; (3) Surgical treatment with PFNA device in our institution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Concurrent malignant tumor; (2) Prior surgical intervention on ipsilateral hip; (3) Presence of concomitant other major injuries; (4) Old intertrochanteric fracture (presenting >3 weeks after injury); (5) Incomplete clinical documentation or loss to follow-up.
