Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Facial and mandibular pain for the first time, diagnosed as TMD (according to DC/TMD2014 diagnostic criteria); 2. The course of the disease =50%; 5. Native Chinese, and good understanding and communication skills; 6. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clearly diagnosed as oral and maxillofacial gland tissue infections such as boils, carbuncles, mumps purulent and submandibular adenitis; 2. Clearly diagnosed as oral and maxillofacial tumors in the oral cavity, salivary glands, face, neck, etc.; 3. Other definite diseases that may present with orofacial pain; 4. Patients with heart, liver and kidney diseases with severe disorders; 5. Those with a history of mental illness in the past.
