Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. History of sustained high-intensity exercise or training; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of SSFFH with typical clinical and imaging findings (X-ray and MRI); 3. Femoral head cartilage collapse >2 mm; 4. Hip joint osteoarthritis classified according to the modified Tönnis grading as grade 0 or 1; 5. Absence of surgical contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe joint deformity preventing restoration of the femoral head and acetabular congruity post-osteotomy; 2. Incomplete follow-up data; 3. Participants older than 45 years or with severe osteoarthritis; 4. Presence of neurological or systemic musculoskeletal diseases or severe hepatic, pulmonary, renal or other organ dysfunction; 5. Prior hip osteotomy.
