Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Stroke in China (2021 Edition) issued by the National Health Commission Prescribed diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke with clinical, CT or MRI definitive diagnosis evidence; (2) First stroke, clear consciousness, stable vital signs; (3) Patients >= 18 years of age; (4) The course of the disease is 1-6 months, there is motor dysfunction, and the ability to stand on both feet for more than 30s; (5) The accuracy of the 4x4 grid 1-back test is between 40%-80%; (6) Able to understand the instructions of the experimenter, and be able to cooperate with the training until the end of the study; (7) The patient or family agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with severe organic diseases, such as multiple fractures, malignant hypertension or tumors; (2) There are serious complications or other diseases that may threaten the life and health of the subject; (3) Patients with severe aphasia and severe hearing comprehension impairment; (4) Patients who are participating in other program studies; (5) Those who have extremely negative emotions or suffer from severe mental illness.
