Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic Criteria:1. Complies with the 2012 Japanese Moyamoya Disease Diagnostic Guidelines: stenosis or occlusion of the terminal internal carotid artery or the origin of the middle cerebral artery/anterior artery, with a basal abnormal vascular network (Moyamoya disease and Moyamoya syndrome), as confirmed by DSA/MRA/CTA;2.Indication for Surgery: Adult patients (aged 30 - 55) planned for direct or indirect extracranial - intracranial bypass surgery with no acute stroke events in the past 90 days;Informed Consent: 3.Signed informed consent form and voluntary participation in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Other Serious Comorbidities: Severe heart failure (NYHA Class III - IV), end - stage renal disease, uncontrolled diabetes (HbA1c > 9%), or other neurological diseases (e.g., Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, brain tumors).2.Drug Interference: Long - term use of drugs affecting autonomic nerve function (e.g., beta - blockers, anticholinergic drugs).3.Craniocerebral surgery or neurointerventional treatment.4.Others: Pregnant or breastfeeding women; severe preoperative cognitive impairment (MMSE score < 18) or inability to cooperate with testing
