Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=60 years; 2.4 points<intrinsic ability score<=8 points, that is, those with reduced intrinsic ability; 3. Have normal communication skills, and be able to cooperate with the investigation and related tests; 4. Proficient in using smart phones; 5. Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a life expectancy of < 6 months in the terminal stage of the disease; 2. Critically ill patients; 3. Those with severe dementia or severe disability who are unable to complete the survey.
