Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 40–75 years old First-ever unilateral stroke, with a disease duration of 1–6 months Upper limb motor dysfunction (FMA-UE = 1 Ability to understand and cooperate with assessments and treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Comorbid severe cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24) History of epilepsy or metallic implants Severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases Prior receipt of brain/spinal cord stimulation therapy Pregnant or lactating women
