Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with spastic cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from September 2020 to July 2024; 2.Clinically diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy, including subtypes such as spastic quadriplegia, spastic diplegia, and spastic hemiplegia; 3. Children aged 3 to 14 years with persistent preoperative central motor impairments, abnormal muscle tone and muscle strength, accompanied by mental, linguistic, cognitive, and other functional disorders; 4. With etiological evidence of cerebral palsy, supported by head CT or MRI showing brain damage; 5. Underwent robot-assisted frameless stereotactic anterior limb of the internal capsule lesioning surgery; 6.Complete preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up data available.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Limb somatosensory and motor disorders not caused by cerebral dysfunction. 2. Severe intellectual disability. 3.Osseous deformities of limb joints. 4.Having undergone related surgical procedures within the past six months (including cerebral stereotactic surgery, selective posterior rhizotomy, tendon orthopedic surgery, etc.).
