Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mild acute pancreatitis who are screened in the medical record system of the Information Department of Changhai Hospital and meet 2 of the following criteria are eligible: (1) Epigastric pain; (2) serum amylase and/or lipase greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal; (3) Imaging findings consistent with acute pancreatitis (AP). 2. Patients who are using high-dose solutions for fluid resuscitation meet one of the following criteria: (1) There are more than 500ml of infusion records in the medication record; (2) There is a record of infusion greater than 500ml in the prescription.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Includes severe acute pancreatitis as defined by the revised Atlanta classification, NYHA class II heart failure, pulmonary edema, renal insufficiency (Cr > 1.9 mg/dL), and hepatic insufficiency (albumin < 3 mg/dL or history of cirrhosis); 2. Patients with clinical symptoms of hypervolemia, including pulmonary congestion, peripheral swelling and ascites, as well as pregnant patients aged < 18 years.
