Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The NRS score for shoulder joint pain is =4 points; 2.Limited movement of the shoulder joint; 3.The course of the disease is more than 3 months; 4.MRI diagnosed rotator cuff injury but not complete tear. The Neer grade of rotator cuff injury did not exceed grade 2, and no other abnormalities were found; 5.No less than one month of conservative treatment (including oral medication, physical therapy and functional exercise) before the treatment showed no significant improvement in joint function;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Rheumatoid arthritis, frozen shoulder, glenohumeral arthritis, tendon sheath effusion of biceps longus tendon, total rotator cuff tear, fracture, infection or tumor; 2. Pregnant and lactating women.
