Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Patients with primary anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) in a single leg, at least 4 months post-surgery; 3. Currently able to walk independently without assistance; 4. Stable vital signs, no severe cognitive, visual, or hearing impairments; capable of understanding and executing instructions, and completing biomechanical tests; 5. Willing to participate voluntarily, cooperate with relevant assessments, and sign the informed consent form;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone bilateral anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery; 2. History of other severe leg injuries or major surgeries that affect walking; 3. Severe cardiac or pulmonary diseases; 4. Neuromuscular diseases that affect mobility; 5. Difficulty moving the test leg or significant pain;
