Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been diagnosed with early to mid-stage KOA and undergoing conservative treatment; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence grade I-III for knee osteoarthritis; 4. the patient is able to understand the instructions given by the doctor; 5. Agree to participate in this trial and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current oral or topical corticosteroids; 2. Immunosuppression due to HIV, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy; 3. use of anticoagulant drugs; 4. Active inflammation or connective tissue disease lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia.; 5. Severe cardiac disease or active lung disease requiring medication; 6. skeletal defects; 7. secondary OA; 8. Severe local or systemic diseases; 9. Allergy to local anesthetics; 10. Corticosteroid injections within 3 months; 11. Active infection.
