Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy volunteers and patients diagnosed with sepsis after ICU admission;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old; 2. Patients with immunosuppressive conditions, including malignancy, organ transplantation, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), autoimmune diseases, or those who received immunosuppressive agents within the past month; 3. Patients with long-term chronic infectious diseases; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
