Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Research objects The following conditions should be met, 1) To be treated in the hospitals participating in this project; 2) Preoperative clinical considered: biliary tract diseases (such as intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, common bile duct stones, obstructive jaundice, etc) combined with gallbladder polyps. 2. Inclusion criteria 1) Preoperative definite biliary tract disease combined with gallbladder polyps: biliary tract diseases common bile duct stones, intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones, benign tumors at the end of the common bile duct, obstructive jaund caused by polyps, etc. 2) There are contraindications to surgical operation; 3) Ages between 18 and 75, gender is not limited and there is no severe underlying disease. 4) Informed consent, willing to accept oral choledochoscopy treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2) Those with contraindications to ERCP; 3) Patients with known malignant tumors of the biliary system; 4) Patients who cannot tolerate the ERCP procedure or cooperate, and are prone to loss to follow-up; 5) with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, hepatic and renal dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, psychiatric disorders, etc.
