Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with ALK positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC; 2. duration of targeted therapy >= 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. unable to cooperate with the investigator; 2. patients with non-targeted therapy.
