Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients exhibiting radiographic bone loss >=3mm combined with bleeding on probing (BOP+) and probing depth >=6mm at one year post-implantation; 2. Patients whose peri-implant tissues are normal one year after the operation and whose adjacent teeth require surgical procedures such as extraction or implantation. 3. Age over 18 years old, both male and female are eligible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are pregnant or lactating, those who are smokers or have a smoking history of more than 5 years, patients with periodontitis and systemic diseases related to bone metabolism, those who have undergone periodontal treatment or used antibiotics within the past six months, individuals who have used local oral antibacterial agents within the past two months, as well as patients with systemic diseases.
