Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.1. The preoperative imaging phenotype is ground-glass nodule with a nodule diameter of >=6mm (clinically significant); 1.2. Undergoing surgical resection and the final case is confirmed to be lung adenocarcinoma (including precancerous lesions, including: AAH, AIS, MIA, IAC four pathological types); 1.3. The original image of chest CT can be obtained as a DICOM file, and the thickness of the scanning layer is =6mm (clinically significant); 2.2. There are > = 2 high-quality chest CT images, and the interval between 2 CT scans needs to meet 12+-3 months; 2.3. The original image of chest CT can be obtained as a DICOM file, and the thickness of the scanning layer is <=1.5mm; 2.4. Complete clinical baseline data (gender, age, smoking history, family history of lung cancer, basic lung history, etc.); 2.5. Prospective enrollment of some patients requires consent to receive clinical follow-up and obtain informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unable to obtain detailed clinical baseline information of patients or DICOM files of original images.
