Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily signed informed consent; 2. Suspected MOGAD patients who underwent cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and serum antibody testing at the Neurology Laboratory of Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University between January 2020 and December 2024;Suspected MOGAD patients who require CSF and serum antibody testing for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes based on clinical evaluation between January 2025 and the study endpoint. 3. Patients Diagnosed with MOGAD According to Standardized Diagnostic Criteria;

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this study; 2. Patients lost to follow-up;
