Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Complies with the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis and undergoes knee replacement surgery; During the perioperative period, all surgeries were performed by the same group of senior orthopedic surgeons for unilateral total knee arthroplasty. Anesthesia was administered through endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia. The incisions were made through the anterior midline of the knee, and the surgical approach was along the medial side of the patella. Precision technology was used to fix the platform prosthesis, and postoperative routine functional exercises were performed. 2.Inclusion age 60-80 years old, regardless of gender; 3.Patients with clear consciousness, no obvious intellectual disability or hearing impairment, and able to cooperate with treatment; 4.The long-term residence is in Guangzhou; 5.Informed consent and voluntary cooperation with the researchers in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, mental illness, and malignant tumors; 2.Surgical failure or serious postoperative complications; 3.Change the surgical approach or conservative treatment;
