Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction; 3. Agree to use a continuous glucose monitoring device for blood glucose monitoring; 4. Able to understand the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices before enrollment and have not reached the time limit of the main study endpoint; 2. Shock caused by various causes; 3. Admission hemoglobin <100g/L; 4. History of recent glucocorticoid use; 5. Recent history of erythropoietin use or blood transfusion; 6. History of malignancy; 7. Pregnant females; 8. The investigator judged that the patient had poor compliance and was unable to complete the study as required.
