Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 65 years old 2. Undergoing elective general anesthesia surgery 3. Expected postoperative hospital stay >=2 days 4. Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac surgery/Neurosurgery 2. Preoperative delirium 3. Severe organic brain disease before surgery 4. Regular use of psychotropic drugs 5. Reoperation within 7 days after surgery 6. Inability to communicate due to hearing and language disorders 7. Failure to sign the informed consent form
