Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years; 2. The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for sepsis, severe sepsis and septic shock issued in the Chinese Guidelines for the Treatment of Severe Sepsis/Sepsis Shock; Diagnostic criteria for sepsis: infection or suspected infection Sequential organ failure assessment (SOFA score) >=2 points; Diagnostic criteria for septic shock: sepsis with hypotension caused by sepsis, which cannot be reversed despite fluid therapy; 3. Complete clinical records and case information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cardiac disease with left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) diagnosed for 48 hours; 6. Left upper limb skin rupture or soft tissue inflammation, history of vascular or lymphatic surgery, presence of vascular access device, no Doppler signal; 7. Patients who cannot cooperate with brachial artery FMD examination; 8. Refusal to participate in the trial; 9. Patients and their families have negative treatment intentions and refuse mechanical ventilation or CRRT.
