Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old,<=75years old; 2.Patient diagnosed clinically with lumbar spinal stenosis and undergoing decompression and internal fixation surgery; 3.Informed and agreed to participate in this study; 4.Clear consciousness and ability to cooperate with research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Merge severe heart, lung and other systemic diseases; 2.Patients who cannot receive intermediate frequency therapy due to other diseases; 3.Cannot cooperate with core stability trainers;
