Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with a gestational age between 12 and 28 weeks; 2. Absence of severe pregnancy complications or mental disorders; 3. Voluntary participation in the study and provision of signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe pregnancy complications (e.g., gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, etc.); 2. History of mental disorders; 3. Inability to participate in the full course of the intervention program;.
