18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Body Mass Index (BMI) >= 28 kg/m^2; (2) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; (3) Age 18 - 50 years old; (4) NYHA cardiac function classification I-II; (5) Voluntary signing of informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have chronic lung diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, etc.; (2) Have severe arrhythmia; (3) Have severe dysfunction of the heart, lungs, liver or kidneys; (4) Have central nervous system diseases or neurological and mental disorders; (5) Have used sedative-hypnotic drugs or analgesics for more than 3 months; (6) Are allergic to lidocaine, propofol and opioid drugs; (7) Refuse to sign the informed consent form.
