Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 30 to 55 years old, gender not restricted. 2. Patients with extensive and obvious bone destruction in the mandible as confirmed by imaging examinations, diagnosed with mandibular cysts, ameloblastomas or other benign mandibular tumors, and requiring segmental mandibular osteotomy. 3. Patients with benign tumors or severe bone destruction in the temporomandibular joint area leading to joint absorption and requiring temporomandibular joint reconstruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poorly controlled diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or other systemic diseases who cannot tolerate general anesthesia surgery; 2. Patients taking bisphosphonates or other drugs that inhibit bone metabolism; 3. Patients who have undergone radiotherapy or chemotherapy recently; 4. Pregnant patients.
