Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Dementia diagnosis refers to the diagnostic criteria of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke-Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Alliance (NINCDS-ADRDA) and is screened and diagnosed by professionally trained researchers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Rule out dementia caused by other diseases. Diagnostic methods: ? Imaging studies (CT) to rule out structural brain disorders such as lacunar infarction, subdural hematoma, communicating hydrocephalus, and brain tumors; 2. NINCDS-AIREN and Hachinski Ischemic Scale (HIS) to rule out vascular dementia; 3. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) to rule out depression; 4. Blood tests to rule out central nervous system infections, endocrine disorders, and other systemic diseases; 5. Medical history and laboratory tests to rule out substance abuse.
