Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Maternal age between 20-40 years, BMI ranges from 18 to 28kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. offspring of donor egg or sperm; 2. preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD); 3. The mother had organic uterine lesions such as severe uterine adhesions, or serious medical complications such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
