18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for neurological injury group: 1. Age 18~80 years old; 2. Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury or stroke; 3. Admitted to our hospital for treatment within 48 hours of onset; 4. Admission GCS score of 3~12 points; 5. The patient's family members have informed consent and are willing to cooperate with the examination and follow-up. Inclusion criteria for healthy population group: 1. Age 18~80 years old; 2. Informed consent and cooperation with the examination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for neurological injury group: 1. History of previous cranial surgery; 2. History of previous psychiatric illness; 3. Patients with unstable vital signs; 4. Patients with status epilepticus. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Population Group: 1. History of previous neurological diseases; 2. Presence of claustrophobia.
