Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects recruited for the community, ASA (American Standards Association) grade I-II; Age 18-50 years old; BMI(BodyMass Index)<30 Kg/m^2; Participation is voluntary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, arrhythmia and stroke; those allergic to anesthetic drugs or their components; those with a history of mental illness; those currently taking medications for emotional and sleep disorders; those with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; those who cannot cooperate.
