Age

40 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 40 years and above; (2) Have resided in the region for at least 6 months before the survey; (3) Have no history of malignant tumors at baseline; (4) Have no relocation plans during the follow-up period (at least 1 year); (5) Voluntarily join this study with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Residents living in the functional area are excluded, including those in military units, hospitals, prisons, etc.; (2) Participants who are unable to communicate normally or refuse to participate; (3) Have a history of malignant tumors at baseline.
