Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI of the brain and meeting the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; 2.Patients who have had their first stroke; 3.Patients with functional impairment of the unilateral upper limb (the dominant hand); 4.The course of the disease is within half a year; 5.The age range is from 30 to 75 years old; 6.Without mental diseases, having stable vital signs, clear consciousness, a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score of >= 17 points, and being able to cooperate with the evaluation and treatment; 7.The muscle tone of the flexing and extending of the elbow and the flexing and extending of the wrist of the hemiplegic upper limb is <= Grade 1+; 8.Obtaining the consent of the patient and the patient's close relatives and having them sign the informed consent form before enrollment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There is a history of trauma such as upper limb fractures in the past, and the upper limb function was already impaired before the current onset; 2.Suffering from severe heart and lung diseases or having insufficient liver and kidney functions; 3.The condition is unstable, in the progressive stage of stroke or with recurrence; 4.Personal or family history of epilepsy and mental illness; 5.Implantation of a cardiac pacemaker or intracranial metal implantation; 6.Due to reasons such as the patient's combined severe cognitive impairment or aphasia, the patient is unable to cooperate; 7.Taking medications that can change the excitability of the cerebral cortex (sedatives, antidepressants);
