Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents aged 5 to 18 years; 2.Ability to cooperate with refractive error testing; 3.Ability to cooperate with biometry measurements; 4 Willingness to participate in long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Use of myopia control glasses and/or participation in myopia control interventions; 2.Presence of organic diseases in the anterior or posterior segments of the eye; 3. Systemic diseases that may interfere with cooperation during examinations; 4.History of refractive surgery or specific refractive abnormalities (e.g., high myopia, astigmatism).
