Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Obtained a nurse practitioner qualification certificate; 2 ICU working hours >= 1 year; 3 Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Nurse for further study; 2 Those who have not been on duty for more than 1 month due to sick leave, maternity leave, or study abroad.3Persons with serious psychiatric problems
