Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.According to the new international classification standards for periodontal disease and peri-implantitis in 2018, the diagnosis is periodontitis stage III-IV; 2.There are sites in the molar region with probing depth exceeding 6mm; with or without furcation involvement. 3.Age range: 18-80 years old;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with systemic diseases (such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, etc.) that impact the progression or treatment efficacy of periodontitis; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Smoking; 4.Individuals who have taken antibiotics within the last 3 months; 5.Teeth that have undergone periodontal surgery treatment; 6.Teeth with evident occlusal trauma; 7.Teeth affected by periodontal-endodontic lesions; 8.The site of distal attachment loss of the second molar caused by obstruction of the third molar;
