Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with malignant tumors of the head and neck, admitted for surgical treatment. 2. With a clearly identified tumor location. 3. Patients who have undergone contrast-enhanced CT and MRI scans of the relevant areas. 4. Clinical and imaging examinations suggesting suspected enlarged lymph nodes. 5. Pathologically diagnosed as malignant tumors, without distant metastasis, and able to tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone head and neck surgery or radiotherapy to the head and neck, and are not undergoing their first surgical treatment. 2. Tumors that are too large, with a diameter >4cm. 3. Presence of extensive artifacts in preoperative CT imaging that affect three-dimensional reconstruction. 4. Preoperative clinical diagnosis of malignant tumors, but with insufficient intraoperative pathological evidence to confirm malignancy. 5. Presence of systemic complications such as coagulation disorders and poor heart, liver, or kidney function that make the patient unable to tolerate surgery or that cannot be corrected.
