Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years old (including 18 years old), gender is not limited; 2. Pathological diagnosis of malignant tumor but the primary lesion is not clear; 3. Patients who have not received systemic therapy; 4. Sufficient formalin-paraffin-embedded tissue specimens (surgical specimens are preferred); 5. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) physical status score: 0-2; 6. The expected survival time is more than 3 months; 7. All enrolled patients signed the informed consent form, and the specimen collection was reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Identify the tumor patient with the primary lesion; 2.Pregnant or lactating women.
