Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent vNOTES vaginal sacral colpopexy at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from June 2017 to August 2021 2. were followed up after the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of autoimmune disease, connective tissue disease, or malignancy; 2. Patients who refused follow-up;
