Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 3~16 years old; 2. Those who have stable vital signs such as circulatory system, respiratory system and nervous system after 24 hours of admission to the PICU; 3. The child or family member voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 2. Children with open wounds on the chest or abdomen or after surgery; 3. Children with unstable fractures; 4. Children with clear medical instructions for other activities; 5. Participation in other intervention studies.
