20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Ovarian Cancer Group: (1) Age 20-70 years; (2) Histopathologically confirmed diagnosis of ovarian malignancy; (3) Normal function of major organs; (4) First-visit patients (treatment-naïve). Primary Cell Blood Collection Group (Control): Healthy women of reproductive age, without: Infectious diseases, Immune disorders, Family history of genetic diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Ovarian Cancer Group Exclusion Criteria: Absence of pathological diagnosis or mixed pathological types confirmed by histopathology; History of other malignant tumors or severe comorbidities; Extremely incomplete medical records; Inability to assess either progression-free survival (PFS) or overall survival (OS). Definitions: Progression-free survival (PFS): Time from treatment initiation to disease progression or death from any cause (whichever occurs first). Overall survival (OS): Time from treatment initiation to death directly attributable to the disease. Primary Cell Blood Collection Group (Control) Exclusion Criteria: None.
