18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18 to 65 years, of any gender, who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form. 2. Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by a clinician, with a disease severity of moderate to severe (based on an Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) >7 or a validated Investigator Global Assessment (vIGA) score of >=3). 3. Patients who are willing and able to attend all study visits as per the protocol or investigator's recommendation. 4. Patients who are willing and able to complete the corresponding questionnaires at each visit. 5. Patients who are able to read, understand, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently participating or planning to participate in an interventional clinical trial. 2. Patients who are unable to independently complete electronic questionnaires using a smartphone or other electronic devices. 3. Patients deemed by the investigator to have other conditions that make them unsuitable for inclusion.
