Large Language Model Group:Screening with artificial intelligence screening models, and output of management advice with large language model to assist doctors in treatment.
Non-Large Language Model Group:Only screening with artificial intelligence screening model, no management advice by large language model.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children and adolescents between the ages of 2 and 18 (inclusive of ages 2 and 18); 2. Be able to cooperate with the facial image acquisition process and obtain stable and clear facial images; 3. Be able to cooperate with the ophthalmologic examination and have relatively complete examination and medical record information that meets the needs of the study; 4. Be able to understand the content of the questionnaire and answer it; 5. The subjects themselves and their guardians gave informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from other ophthalmic diseases that interfere with image acquisition (e.g., thyroid-related eye disease, lens agenesis, cataracts, etc.); 2. There are serious defects in face that affect the facial image recognition; 3. Have received corrective surgery for strabismus or ptosis; 4. Suffer from serious systemic diseases; 5. The researcher believes that there are circumstances such as psychological disorders, mental disorders, etc. that prevent compliance with the research protocol.
