Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years old; 2. Patients with portal hypertension-related complications (such as esophagogastric variceal bleeding, refractory ascites, etc.); 3. TIPS treatment is required; 4. Complete at least 2 years of follow-up; 5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Child-Pugh score greater than 13; 2. Combined with severe heart, lung or kidney diseases, and the expected survival time is less than 6 months; 3. Diagnosis of liver cancer or other malignant tumors; 4. A history of severe hepatic encephalopathy; 5. Severe bleeding tendency and abnormal coagulation function; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Allergy to contrast media or TIPS surgical materials; 8. Other TIPS contraindications; 9. Prior TIPS, liver resection, splenectomy, and liver transplantation; 10. Other circumstances considered by the investigator to be inappropriate for participation in the study.
