Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes in the International Classification of Diseases (11th edition) (ICD-11); 2. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was used to grade depression levels, with a total score of >= 20 and= 35 for severe depression; 3. Adopting Zung's Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) ; 4. with a certain degree of autonomy to complete the assessment of the research scale. 5. Age between 14 and 22 years old; 6. Can cooperate with medical personnel to complete the evaluation of the research institute's dosage table; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. First degree relatives with mental illness patients; 3. History of mental system disorders; 4. History of drug and alcohol dependence; 5. Other situations that are not suitable for joining the group.
