18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing initial oral endotracheal intubation in the emergency department. 2.Age threshold of >= 18 years. 3 Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systolic blood pressure (SBP) <90 mm Hg or mean arterial pressure (MAP) <65 mm Hg occurred within 60 minutes prior to tracheal intubation; 2.vasoactive drugs had been used prior to tracheal intubation; 3. the current tracheal intubation was a repeat tracheal intubation within 48 hours.
