Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 21~25 years old, bachelor's degree; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 3. Participate in standardized nursing training for the first time; 4. Communication, intelligence, self-care ability, etc. 5. Signed written informed consent for clinical trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Drop out or fail to complete standardized training in the middle of the learning process; 2. Take leave for more than 1 week due to personal reasons; 3. Those who are unable to participate in the course normally every time; 4. Those who do not cooperate or disobey the teacher's arrangement; 5. Those who are unable to submit video assignments or lectures on time in the experimental group; 6. Is participating in other clinical trials.
