Pulmonary rehabilitation group (intervention group):implement a pulmonary rehabilitation program on the lowest dose of ICS therapy
ICS group (control group):continue to give the lowest dose of ICS for maintenance treatment

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.6~12-year-old children with asthma who can cooperate well with routine pulmonary ventilation function tests; 2. Have been downgraded to the lowest dose of inhaled hormone (ICS) maintenance therapy, and asthma symptoms have been well controlled for more than half a year; 3. Pulmonary ventilation function basically returned to normal, but there was persistent decline in small airway function, i.e., FEF50 and/or FEF75 as a percentage of predicted value (FEF50 and/or FEF75% pred) < 65%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other underlying diseases of the lungs and airways that may cause the decline of small airway function, such as cystic fibrosis, interstitial lung disease, congenital lung and/or airway dysplasia, pulmonary vascular disease, etc.; 2. Suffering from other systemic or systemic diseases that may affect lung function, such as cardiovascular diseases (congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension, etc.), neuromuscular diseases (cerebral palsy, spinal muscular atrophy, myasthenia gravis, etc.), hereditary metabolic diseases, rheumatic immune diseases (immune deficiency, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitic diseases), etc.; 3. Children with asthma who cannot cooperate with routine ventilation pulmonary function tests; 4. Children with asthma who have any other cause that the investigator considers unsuitable for participation in this study.
